Today starts the April series that is focused around Lexington local shopping! This month I will be sharing with you a few of my favorite local shops and vendors.
To kick off the series let’s start with a little hidden gem that I love, known as Miss Molly Vintage.
Located inside Feather Your Nest, just outside of downtown Lexington, Miss Molly is a vintage boutique that offers a mix of treasures. Including locally made KY gear from Shop Local KY, vintage and new jewels (like the featured 859 necklace), paper goods from Stately Made and Thirsty Hearts Design, home goods like Rewind Candles, vintage handpicked clothes that reflect today’s trends making them easy to incorporate into your current wardrobe, and so, so much more.
The mother-daughter team behind Miss Molly Vintage is one dynamic duo. I cannot wait to see what they keep bringing to the boutique!
A favorite find at Miss Molly Vintage are the Rewined Candles, while not locally made in KY they are handmade in Charleston, SC (hi neighbors!). I had never heard of them until Miss Molly Vintage…but now I am obsessed…they seriously last forever and smell amazing. Riesling is probably my favorite! Candles that smell like wine, in recycled wine bottles...pretty genius, huh?!
Looking for a place to snatch up some of the Shop Local KY wearables like the blue buffalo plaid sweater for this weekends basketball game? Miss Molly Vintage has you covered!
How great are these cards from Stately Made and Thirsty Hearts Design? (Beth if you are reading this…I’m kicking myself for not thinking to get you the “You’re the Sweet to my Tea” card for your birthday!) I am pretty stocked that I was able get one of the Stately Made KY Food Map’s (spotted on my IG here and c/o Miss Molly) to add to my Lexington, KY wall collage (it looks awesome next to my Thirsty Heart Bluegrass print!)
For all my fellow coffee lovers out there, these Kentucky mugs are the perfect addition to your collection ($8-12 above and below).
Vintage and costume jewelry galore! I could not leave this trip out to Miss Molly Vintage without snatching up that stunning faux-turquoise ring in the photo below (priced at a whole $10! What a steal!!)
I was also swooning over this boho-chic horn pendant (only a mere $12!)
Looking to show off your Kentucky pride? Kentucky flags, jewelry, mugs, wearables…the list of goods in the KY collection is endless.
What are you waiting for? Go check out Miss Molly Vintage if you haven’t already! I promise you won’t be disappointed. And it’s right up from Meadowthorpe Cafe, home of the Spalding Donut Burger I told you about last week!
