You guys know I scream from the roof tops “SHOP LOCAL!!” I have shared blog posts and Instagram photos telling you about some of my favorite “local” Lexington vendors…
NOW I’m bring them to one space for your shopping enjoyment!
Love Lexington and Atea Salon Presents: The Market @ 301 | May 8th from 5-9 PM | Located at 301 E. Vine Street (Old Mix on Vine building)
This is the first of what I hope will be a monthly event (and a bigger space to allow more vendors to set up) where you, Lexington, can shop the best of locally made goods and shops!
In true Love, Lexington fashion, Minton’s @ 760’s food truck “Little Brother” will be on-site, Sav’s Chill will be scooping up ice cream, and The Jenkins Twins will play the night away. It is an event you will not want to miss (not to mention it’s a great time to do a little local shopping for Mother’s Day!) Parking is available on-site and the event is kid/family friendly!
Check out this vendor line up!
One of my first local Lexington loves, Thirsty Hearts Design, is the best in hand-lettered designs. A must have for summer weddings the “Mr + Mrs” wooden package tags! I promise you won’t walk away from this booth without buying a bag full of goodies.
You will be swooning over Henry Dry Goods. Remember a few weeks back, when I posted a hand-painted flamingo beach bag (see it here)…it is from the Henry Dry Goods summer line. Oh its beautiful! I cannot wait for you to be able to see and touch this line first hand. The quality. The detail. Truly goods that will last a life time!
Creator of the Love Lex tee and the Kentucky tee (see below) Blue Originals will be stocked with all of your favorite tees and a few new items like this “shop local” tote!
DC Blooms will be blooming at the market with flowers arrangements ready for you to take to Mom on Mother’s day…or to take home as a little treat for yourself! (don’t worry…we won’t tell). Pre-order is available with DC Blooms (dcbloomsky@) and pick them up at the market.
One of Lexington’s hottest boutiques, Omar + Elsie will be ready to accessorize you with new their new spring goods! (The Clare V. OUI pouch…TO. DIE. FOR!)
Handmade by two Lexington Firefighters, Red Wagon cutting boards are almost too stunning to put to use! (Notice I said almost…)
One adorable Esty shop, that I have been lusting over for month’s…I’m excited to see it all first hand! I’m already making a list of what to buy!
Recently featured on Love, Lexington, Miss Molly Vintage is a collaboration of vintage finds and Lexington “local” goods! Stocked full of your favorites from Thirsty Hearts Design, Shop Local KY wears, KY proud goods, and so much more! Not to mention, Miss Molly stocks all the best scents from Rewind Candles (I’m obsessed and need the new mimosa candle!)
You guys stop me on the streets and ask me where I got my “859” necklace?? It did come from Miss Molly Vintage (above^) but it is a Nikki Cummings piece and she will be on-site with her jewels.
Because bourbon (…or any drink for that matter) tastes better out of a etched KY state glass…no more explanation needed!
Home of the “Wildcat Mix” (Bourbon Caramel and Jalapeno Cheddar) popcorn! You won’t want to leave the market without grabbing a bag to take home.
The stunning health coach, lifestyle expert, and chef, Kate Horning will be on-site with her book “Live It. Share It.” (Don’t be afraid to ask for an autograph!) If you wanna know how to make greens taste delicious, Kate has you covered! I would have never touched kale if I hadn’t met and tried Kate’s recipe.
This is possibly the booth I am most excited about! The Walnut Groves Photo Booth! That boa is calling my name!
Please take a moment to share this post or the Facebook event. We want this market to be as beneficial for all of our vendors as possible and we cannot do it without your help and sharing the love.
I will be on-site all night and hope to see you there!
If you are a vendor, interested in learning about future markets (this event is completely full), please go to the “contact” page above or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
